Photographs, well, the subject of photographs, can mean different things to different people. What one person sees as being amazing, another will look at with disdain. I personally don't think there's such thing as a good or bad photograph. Sure, some photos are technically incorrect, but who wrote photography rules anyway? I know that I've never followed any rule book - If I like something, I take a pic. Some look better than others. Even with the favourites on this page, some just look right to me. Next week I'll look again and the same ones will look terrible. Photography is emotional.
It's almost impossible to post all of my best work on here, you'll be scrolling for days, but you can catch most of my albums on social media so be sure to like, follow and subscribe to the links that suit your viewing pleasure most. my absolute passion is motoring and motor sports, however I love all things photography related and have become very versatile over the years, specialising and honing in on my ability to photograph using natural light. You'll notice that even though I am able to do editing, I don't offer design as an option because for me photography in the moment, using your available light and catching the moment as you would see it in the natural world is where the art spark of magic happens for me. It's terribly exciting to me to be one with my camera, subject matter and my surroundings, then to rush back to my desk to see if I captured the moments as I saw them rather than manipulate it to the vision I had in my head. I do however like to dabble with my own photos to make some art which you can take a look at |
Sometimes you miss, but most times I get my magic shot. Facebook and Instagram have the most comprehensive albums and then of course you can check out a lot of my work on my clients social media accounts which you'll find under Writing & Resume.
